(Senior) Funds Lawyer

• Structuring both regulated and unregulated investment funds
• Advising institutional clients in regards to any matter dealing with investment funds
• Liaising with service providers when needed
• Ensuring corporate and transactional work is done in a timely manner
• Providing advice on funds’ regulatory aspects

• Excellent educational background and qualifications in law 
• Admission to the Bar in Luxembourg (or CCDL) or in another EU member-state  would be a major asset
• Fluent in English and French; German would be appreciated
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Investment Funds practice of a Luxembourg-based firm
• Hard worker and stress resistant
• Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
