Legal Counsel

• Draft, review and negotiate diversified commercial contracts
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on all matters relating to contract law and commercial law
• Manage disputes and claims with third parties
• Monitor, manage and draft company policies
• Ensure a constant legal watch to anticipate changes affecting the business

• Master degree in Law
• Professional experience of a least 5 years either in a law firm (focusing on commercial law and business litigation) or in a similar in-house role
• Sound knowledge of commercial law and contract law
• Fluent in French and English
• Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and to explain complex legal issues in a simple way
• Pragmatic and detail-oriented
