(Senior) Funds Lawyer

We are currently helping various firms to recruit Funds Lawyers. These firms include both small and large ones, both independent and global firms.

Structuring both regulated and unregulated investment funds
Advising institutional clients in regards to any matter dealing with investment funds
Liaising with service providers when needed
Ensuring corporate and transactional work is done in a timely manner
Providing advice on funds’ regulatory aspects

Excellent educational background and qualifications in law
Admission to the Bar in Luxembourg (or CCDL) or in another EU member-state would be a major asset
Fluent in English and French; German would be appreciated
At least 3 years’ experience in the Investment Funds practice of a Luxembourg-based firm
Hard worker and stress resistant
Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
