Vialegis was set up in 2003 by former Lawyers, in Belgium. It has grown exponentially over the years and is now the market leader in the Belgian market for the recruitment and selection of lawyers and for legal interim management.
The Vialegis group also has offices in Luxembourg, Germany and Holland, and intends to expand further in the future so as to become the European leader in legal staffing solutions. Since June 2017, Vialegis is part of The House of HR, a multinational group of specialist HR companies in different segments, composed of more than 4000 collaborators.
Our Luxembourg office is operational since March 2018 and currently composed of 4 Consultants. In order to support our growth, we are willing to hire a new colleague!
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the executive searches of legal, tax & compliance professionals, both for law firms and for companies.
Together with the client, you will define the ideal profile of the candidate, conduct the preparatory research and interview selected candidates.
You will regularly report to the client and you will draw up a shortlist of best suited candidates.
All of this you will do bearing in mind the Vialegis values, including absolute discretion, service-mindedness towards the client and drive to help the candidate find a position that suits his/her needs.
In addition to the recruitment and selection aspects, you will also be actively involved in business development.
