Paralegal

• Assist in the preparation and review of fund documentation, including incorporation and regulatory filings.
• Support the structuring and administration of investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, service providers, and regulatory authorities on legal and compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and maintain internal databases on investment fund regulations.
• Provide general support to the legal team in corporate and transactional matters.

• A degree in law or an equivalent qualification in legal studies.
• Prior experience as a Paralegal
• Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
