Legal Manager – Commercial company

• Draft, review and negotiate diversified commercial contracts
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on all matters relating to contract law and commercial law
• Act as Data Protection Officer for Luxembourg-based entities
• Be responsible for corporate housekeeping
• Manage disputes and claims with third parties
• Monitor, manage and draft company policies
• Ensure a constant legal watch to anticipate changes affecting the business
• Supervise and empower the legal team

• Master degree in Law
• Professional experience of a least 6 years in a commercial or industrial company
• Expert in commercial & contract laws, together with a sound knowledge of data privacy-related matters
• Outstanding interpersonal skills in French; a very good command of English is also requested
• Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and to explain complex legal issues in a simple way
• Pragmatic and detail-oriented
