Legal Counsel – Private Bank

• Provide legal advice on a broad scope of topics relating to wealth management (credits, portfolio management, etc) at both national and European levels
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety legal agreements
• Participate to ad hoc projects at Group level
• Active legal & regulatory watch to anticipate potential changes affecting the business
• Support the business lines in implementing regulatory developments where appropriate

• Master in Business Law;
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg (mandatory) either at a law firm or a private bank
• Excellent French and English (spoken and written)
• Detail orientated, can do attitude and problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills allowing to interact with stakeholders at all levels
