Legal Counsel – Family Office

• Prepare, and coordinate with external counsels where appropriate, all legal documents involving the company
• Provide active support on legal due diligence
• Assist the team with corporate housekeeping and compliance duties
• Advise senior stakeholders in your area of expertise
• Ensure a constant legal and regulatory watch to anticipate risks that may arise

• Master degree in Law; a bar admission in an EU member state would be highly appreciated
• Professional experience of a least 4 years either in a law firm or in a similar in-house role at a private equity firm
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Team player and able to work independently
