Knowledge Lawyer – Banking & Finance

• Monitor and analyze the most recent legal and regulatory developments in your area of expertise
• Provide an active contribution to the production of client materials, together with local teams
• Nurture and improve the European know-how database
• Be in charge of cross-border studies on funds-related regulations
• Prepare and deliver internal and external trainings and seminars
• Support the improvement of IT tools to facilitate capturing and dispatching the know-how

• Ideally qualified as a Lawyer in an EU memberstate
• Professional experience of a least 5 years in banking & finance law at a private practice or a consulting firm; a first experience in knowledge management would be an asset
• Excellent search and analytical skills
• Experience working in a cross-border and/or multicultural environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills in English; additional European languages would be an asset
