Corporate officer – Asset Management Group

• Interact with the legal and compliance teams
• Manage incorporation, merger, restructuration, and dissolution of entities
• Manage a portfolio of corporate entities on behalf of international clients
• Assist in the review of compliance requirements along with the team
• Coordinate corporate administrative tasks

• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role (Financial Service Provider, Law firms, Management Company)
• Hold a bachelor’s in law
• Team player and ability to be autonomous
• Fluency in English and French. Other languages are considered as being Assets
• Ability to speak and communicate in different languages
